Esther Anderson

Esther is the Founder of the Teck Creative Agency. Having always been a geek and lover of anything cyber related, she now consults as a Digital Strategist to Businesses and Professionals.
Esther loves nothing more than diving into other people's business, finding out what makes them tick and taking their passion to the cyber silver screen so they too can showcase their dreams.
Esther regularly holds training in social media and digital strategy, has two podcast shows, guests on the ABC radio about cyber security and the Internet of things and consults with professionals on how to maximise being online.
Unfortunately, Esther is also a Cat Tragic who believes that cats are like chocolates, It is hard to stop at one. (She has three.)

Mark

Mark is our Project Manager and Creative Director.
He came across the above quote 17 years ago and he has carried it with him since then, in everything he does. He believes that people are given the capacity to Create and it is best enjoyed when done excellently.
He’s worn different hats – as a designer, visual artist and project manager – and in all of these roles he learned that the highest fulfillment comes in knowing that his clients are 100% satisfied with what he delivered.

Carmela is our Journalist Extraordinaire and Content Manager.
At work, she constantly learns new things. Working for TDM is fun and never boring! She came to the company a year after it was established and with the growth of TDM she can say that she’s grown too.
It is in her nature to oversee the in-house content and copy writing. She ensures that all content is consistent across Marketing and Social Media strategies.
She’s into special projects and events which she finds challenging and intensive but also rewarding. TDM has become her cyber home.

Vic is the Head of the Design and Development Team, covering all types of site work from WordPress to PSD to HTML or CMS conversions.
His keenest interest lies on being an internet security watchman. Studying Ethical Hacking, he uses his powers for good not evil. He spends most of his time with his computer. When not working, he is always learning new things.
He loves the beauty of nature. His favorite place on earth is on the peak of the local mountains. He normally plays around with one or two of his cats. He wonders why people get surprised when he says he has 25 rescued cats. Doesn’t everyone?

Sally has spent many years working from remote and regional Australia with clients based worldwide. Being interested in the Mining and Farming Industry, she loves spending time with clients who may never come to the city. Working closely with Small Business, she has an understanding on how hard communication can be.
Sally is the Process Queen and loves to systemize and automate a website and social media to flow together.

Christian is our Designer and Programmer with exceptional skills in Mail Integration, SEO and Website Security & Maintenance.
Most people say he looks so geeky and serious. But he really is a funny guy. He loves playing analytical games especially chess.
He loves food but cooking isn’t one of his talents.Reliable, honest, easy-going and a good friend, he always gets asked for advice on relationships, work and family issues. He is a diligent person who takes pride in his work. He is a punctuality nut who is always early and never ever late, which annoys those that are.

Austin is our Designer & Developer, Podcast and Commercials Editor (audio and video).
He is known to be a happy person who has big dreams. His ultimate dream is to travel the world. Going to places he’s never been to makes him realize the beauty of life and how it should be treasured. Photography is one of his greatest passions and he likes making memories with every single moment of his life. He also loves singing, cooking and eating. A LOT!
Above all these, his family is his priority and his motivation. He strives hard to fulfill their needs as he makes his journey to the beautiful places around the world.
